I hope you all have a splendid afternoon.

I'm off to the beach, soak up some vitamin D, visit my man-friend on his work break and go for a 'power-walk' (get my endorphins pumping). It's beautiful weather on The Sunshine Coast, i'd be an idiot not to take advantage of it.
