I completely agree with all of Cat's choices for the best dressed at the Oscar's, however I thought I'd add a few of my favourites on top of that.

Rachel, i adore this dress, the colours are beautiful & the earrings are simple but sweet- the jewellery is not overdone.

I agree with Rachel McAdams and Demi.
Except I didn't like Penelope Cruz's cause she looks like a curtain at the awards! haha. I think she could have worn something a bit better. Not a fan of the 'old looking curtain' dress. Plus its not that flattering on her.
