Everythings inspiring me today! Like the thought of spring & summer approaching which is motivating my positive thoughts & the want to eat healthy & exercise. I'm sick of giving into my endless sugar cravings and bad habits of junk food binges. They are making me feel so sluggish & gross. I have enough trouble taking care of all my other health problems let alone my stupidity of giving into temptation. I'm forcing myself to limit the bad food, having treats every so often & 20 minutes of physical activity/ exercise a day! Whenever I live by this I feel so much happier, so much more energised; it's amazing.
