After feeling rather tempestuous today; and listening to Rolling Stones, I'm feeling like I want to put on a huge pair of boots and kick everyone that's annoying me in the face!
But as an alternative; I passively take my aggression out by looking at images of pretty things.

As Marc Jacobs has said (quote found in the new RUSSH-where else?);

Then, I have two days of shooting with Juergen... I can't find anything to be unhappy about at the moment. True, everything is budget, budget, budget and trying to be frugal, but we're not going to cut back the quality. We're still doing what we love and the way we love it. All those things are very real, but it's not stopping us from being creative and being excited and being happy about what we do."
I say AMEN M-J! This economic crisis hasn't really effected me THAT much, okay not really at all considering I'm 18, I have a stable job, no debt or lost stocks etc.etc.etc. I'm in a pretty great position but I have seen it ruin alot of people around me and have learnt from them. I believe this situation is a positive thing, it's forcing people to appreciate their jobs and in a way appreciate the simple good things in life that are free! As they say 'The best things in life are free'! You've always got to look on the bright side of life- For me it is that I am young, in love, healthy, free & happy. I couldn't need anything more in life!

A little tribute to the 'camera'. I have a serious love for the lens. Where would I be without my camera? In twenty years I want to remember all the good times, all the beautiful moments, the places I've been with the people I love. I absolutly love photography, all types & capturing those kodak moments. The camera is an amazing thing and yes I did need a whole post dedicated to just this because photography makes me happy. It will always be a hobby of mine!

Trip out of town
Last weekend geoff and i went to brissy for the night.
We did these things:
Went to the markets (only to find we were late and over half of them were closed, damn it!!!)
Taco's for dinner (my friend Maddy & I have a little tradition called Taco time... we love mexican food!)
Played cards & drank softdrink + vodka
Danced till we couldn't dance anymore
I sat in the toilet with my boyfriend for an hour at 2am while he was throwing up the vodka + softdrink!!!!! Bahaha... Plus he has never in his life vomitted from drinking alcohol.. there's a first for everything!
The next morning:
Ferris wheel at southbank
Pumpkin soup for breaky (yes usually a dinner meal but I love dinner for breakfast.. and it was freeeezing!)
Took the train back home to watch my brother & his girlfriend sky dive! Totally inspired me to jump out of a plane aswell, I'm taking Geoff (and doing it myself! Argh!) to sky dive for his 21st next april!
So all in all a fabulous weekend. Here's to the nights we never remember with the friends we'll never forget!
Looking forward to another to come, my boyfriend's brother is turning 18 on Thursday so we are heading to the Goldcoast for a night of craziness!

Chchch-changes
In the words of a god (in my opinion) "turn and face the strange chchchanges". This seems quite fit for how life is going for myself at present. Instead of holding back, I'm going to plunge into the deep end and go with the flow. No more worrying about what 'did' or 'didn't' happen, and time to focus on all the glorious changes I will face in the coming months!
Here is what's inspiring me today:
The New GREEN Nails as seen at the latest CHANEL Fall 09 show. I can't wait for the Jade (green) & Jade Rose (soft pink) to be released. It's quite subtle, yet statement. Promote GREEN for everyday wear and show your environmental streak.

OVER THIS HORRIBLE WEATHER! Okay, So I'll eat my own words when I said "I love winter" I don't love winter when it's rainy and windy! I'm looking forward to the warmer sunshine of spring and actually wanting to exercise instead of sit indoors in front of the tv trying to stay warm. Even my boyfriend has lost his appeal - he's too cold for me to want to snuggle with!!!

I love Sienna Miller, I think she's fabulous. It's such a shame she's got such a stigma associated with her due to tabloids. I'm sure everything is blown way out of proportion; and that's safe to say for every celebrity in the public eye.
